I am glad to see that you are incorporating other technology services, since we had so many moving into this house. I truly believe TV cabling and digital sound systems have all gotten as complicated as computers if not more so. AV Technology was here before the holidays doing some more things that took them 2 days and we are not finished yet!

Kessler Technologies, Inc. has been serving our IT needs for over a year now. We currently are operating two projects at Lackland AFB and Eric has assisted us on many occasions with various IT requirements. As an example such requirements have included configuring new computers for local networking and internet operational requirements. In addition Eric has interfaced with our corporate IT Department regarding matters associated with our Terminal Server. When we have software or network issues we know we can depend on Eric's expertise and prompt action.

I must say I am not surprised that you have been successful so quickly and expanded your business so well. I always knew Carol and I were very small players but you always treated us as one of your best and largest clients...always being willing to answer all of our dumb questions and solve our problems that we should have been able to solve ourselves. I also very much appreciate the great job you did setting up my daughter Lisa's computer and getting her a monitor at a very good price. She is very happy with her equipment. She never has gotten her printer hooked up but that is her problem not yours.

We referred you to some of our friends and everyone always called us and thanked us for putting them in touch with you...you completely upheld our trust in you.

I have nothing but good things to say about Kessler Technologies, Inc.

A couple of years ago I was having many problems with a particular computer and had gone through three technicians before I met Mr. Kessler at a business meeting. I explained my situation and he said it appeared to be easy to resolve. I was very skeptical since I'd already had a few "techs" try and resolve our computer issues.

As promised, Mr. Kessler resolved that problem and a few that crept up afterwards. I am glad to say that I've had no further problems, thank God. However, I did do one thing further, instead of purchasing another tower from a local office supply store, I followed Mr. Kessler's advise and allowed him to build me one. Wonderful idea! I have nothing negative to say.
